By using Atelier, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

The Service

Atelier provides browser-based tools for image processing, file conversion, and related utilities. Free tools are available to everyone. Pro features require a paid subscription.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Atelier
• One account per person — don't share accounts

Acceptable Use

Use Atelier for lawful purposes only. Don't:

• Process illegal content
• Attempt to break or overload the service
• Reverse engineer or copy our tools
• Resell access to your Pro account
• Use automated systems to abuse the service

Your Content

All file processing happens in your browser. We don't see, store, or have any rights to your files. They're yours.

Pro Subscriptions

• Billing: Pro is billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime.
• Cancellation: Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if you're not satisfied. Contact us.
• Price changes: We'll give 30 days notice before any price increase.

Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. We may occasionally need downtime for maintenance.

Intellectual Property

Atelier, our branding, and our tools are our property. Your content remains yours. We don't claim any rights to files you process.

Limitation of Liability

Atelier is provided "as is". We do our best, but:

• We're not liable for data loss — keep your own backups
• We're not liable for indirect damages
• Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users with 30 days notice.
